Anyone 16 or older who's ambitious about building a future in their chosen field. Under 16s cannot join. Every account confirms an email address and phone number before joining; ID checks are coming next.
How does SmartUp set itself apart?
[+]
Competitors are built for the older majority and focused on business. SmartUp is designed for the younger generation and not mainly economics orientated. Because of that you can actually meet and connect with people who share similar interests.
What is the AI Consultant?
[+]
A premium AI agent trained on business strategy and career navigation. It can help you prep for meetings, refine pitches, identify who to reach out to and can also help you to start your own startup.
How does matching work?
[+]
We combine your registration data with survey responses to suggest people whose signal overlaps meaningfully with yours.
How do you keep the platform safe?
[+]
Confirmed email, phone verification and AI moderation on posts and messages. Blocking, muting, and reporting are one tap away on every post and profile. ID checks are rolling out next.
Can companies use SmartUp?

Yes. Our Enterprise tier gives companies and municipal governments a dedicated hiring and promotion surface to reach ambitious young talent.
